Refund Policy - Membership and Sponsorship

The Allied African Nations Chamber of Commerce (AANCC) does not offer refunds for membership or sponsorship payments.

No refund will be made to non-attendance to a prepaid event. In the case of duplicate payment, a refund will be issued within 30 days of determining the validity of the claim.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
