MISSION
& OBJECTIVE

Created in 2009 by 36 African Ambassadors to the United Nations in New York City, the fundamental objective of Allied African Nations Chamber of Commerce (AANCC) is to bring together American business leaders and professionals to provide them with important economic development information based upon reliable statistical data on Africa.
The aim is to encourage and motivate the American business community to invest in the areas of their choice in accordance with priority needs made by African Nations and to establish itself as one of the principal advocacy groups in support of doing business between the African Nations, the world and the United States.

The aim is to encourage and motivate the American business community to invest in the areas of their choice in accordance with priority needs made by African Nations and to establish itself as one of the principal advocacy groups in support of doing business between the African Nations, the world and the United States.
  • STRATEGIZE – Prepare and develop a strategy for business promotion of African nationals based in New York and throughout the United States; To actively work in conjunction with our Developing Nations Diplomatic Corps in the U.S. Ex: Consul Generals, Ambassadors, Ministers, Commercial Counselors.
  • ASSESS – Make an assessment of the needs and goals of the African Community, both in New York and Africa, for the development of their business/diaspora (If they express a desire to have satellite representations in their respective countries of origin);
  •  NETWORK – Provide opportunities to network for AANCC member companies to expand their customer base through activities and interactions with other business entities in the United States to help their businesses to grow;
  • INFRASTRCTURE: Assess and evaluate for financing and implementation of development projects such as: Electric Power: Railroad, Mining, Bridge, Road, Hospital, Administrative Building … etc in Africa;
  • FINNACING – Create a platform for discussions and negotiations to develop financing strategies with American Federal Institutions and privates investors to help Africa
  • IMPORT/EXPORT – To assist in facilitating import / export opportunities of Gold, Diamond, and all other Precious Stones for members, in conjunction with the African country members of AANCC.
  •  TOURISM & CULTURAL ARTS – Actively promote the tourism and the Arts throughout Africa by organizing exhibits, symposiums and conferences designed to educate American consumers;
  • COLLABORATE – Work closely with the African Diplomatic Corps stationed in the United States (New York and Washington DC) to seek solutions to problems related to development and investment in Africa;
  •  PROMOTE – Develop market strategies to promote African products to consumers in the united States, and to bridge the gap between our African Countries and The Caricom Region;
